NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Hello 2026!!
Happy New Year, Opera Lovers!
After the success of Bellini with Verismo Opera, I'm excited to share that in addition to singing the role of Belinda in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, I'll be directing Leoncavallo's I Pagliacci! So grateful to work with the company again in this exciting double bill. Both productions are with orchestra under the direction of Jonathan Khuner and Paul Schrage.
Performance Dates & Locations:
3 Weekends - February 21 through March 8th at the Mira Theater in Vallejo
Performances are free and more information can be found on their website. You can also find info and ticket information on my schedule page.
Additionally, I’m excited to revisit one of my favorite Mozart roles, Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni with California Lyric Artists Association. I’ll be singing with a fabulous cast and orchestra under the baton of Michael Shahani in April, 2026 at the Jackson Theatre, Gary Soren Smith Center at Ohlone College in Fremont. More details to come!
I'm also sharing donation links to crowdsource support for Verismo Opera and CLAA. PLEASE consider **donating and sharing this email with others who value the arts. Your support helps ensure that opera continues to thrive—not just in grand opera houses, but in the heart of our own neighborhoods.
I hope to see you at one of my performances! Kristin
